Portfolio Review, Private Q&A, and Printing Session

This day includes a 1-hour private scheduled session with Lindsay, access to Canon ImagePROGRAF professional series of printers to print your images, plus a 45 min private marketing session with brand specialistic Robert Gordon.

Enjoy access to Lindsay’s professional Canon printers and enjoy the power of the print! You’ll appreciate your knowledge, talents and images to a whole new way when you bring your images to life as prints. A member of the team will be on hand to assist in the printing process.

A representative from Canon will be available.

The class will be first come first serve based on arrival time (9am). 

Lindsay’s session:

During your session with Lindsay she can review your portfolio, answer business questions and more. The hour is yours! Bring your questions… whatever they may be!

  • Critique of your portfolio and photographic style
  • Analyze common ‘problem areas’ for improvement
  • Help determine next steps for your business or portfolio development
  • Answer questions about bidding for jobs, putting together fashion shoots, and much more.
  • Advice on technical questions or other questions lingering from the class

What to bring:

Bring between 10-20 images for review, preferably on a USB drive or laptop. If you have a printed portfolio that is fine as well. We can look at your images on your website but it’s faster/more efficient to look at them on a USB drive if you’ve already picked out the ones you’d like reviewed.

For the printing session you’ll be able to print up to 5 images on high quality paper using the Canon ImagePROGRAF line of printers, with a Canon representative there to help.

Robert’s session:

During your session with Robert he will answer your marketing/web related questions and help you develop your online marketing strategy:

  • Review of your website, blog, SEO and online presence
  • Help you build your ‘next steps’ marketing strategy
  • Tips for marketing your business and images
  • Help building your client profile and marketing strategies to reach your ideal client

What to bring:

You’ll be contacted before hand to send over your website and any applicable links. We’ll craft out your strategy and next steps during our session. If you have a list of specific questions to bring before hand that would be great.

 

FAQ:

Q: Is this a workshop with models?

A: No, this is simply a portfolio and website review

Q: Will I need to bring any equipment with me, such as a camera?

A: No camera necessary, there will be no shooting. You can bring your laptop and USB drive of course
