2 day Creative Studio Lighting Portfolio Building Workshop March 2018

Take your studio photography to the next level in this 2 day creative studio lighting workshop with Lindsay Adler.

After this workshop you’ll have endless creative lighting tricks up your sleeve to create high impact lighting for any concept and subject matter. Whether you want to learn to more creative setups or simply give your images more eye-catching light, this class is for you! Fashion, boudoir, and portrait photographers alike will LOVE this class and revolutionize their shooting and lighting techniques!

You’ll have the opportunity to work a variety of stunning models and subjects to not only give you diverse subject matter to photograph, but also show how the subject matter may influence lighting decisions and considerations.

Pick Lindsay’s brain to see exactly what she is thinking as she built the lighting for the scene and get one on one coaching.

This is a small sized workshop, only consisting of a maximum of 12 people. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, and shoot.

  • Creative 3 Light Setups: Shooting for Photoshop Concepts
  • Unusual Modifiers, Film Noir
  • Constant Light and Studio Strobe
  • Bringing it All Together

FAQ

Do you provide transportation/airfare for the event?
No, transportation is the responsibility of the attendee.

Should I bring my camera?
Since we will be shooting, absolutely!

Do I need to bring any other additional equipment?No. All lighting and other equipment will be provided. You may want to bring a tripod however.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The studio is located in at 526 W. 26th Street in Chelsea. (Exact address will be given closer to the event). There are several options for parking around the studio, including an affordable parking garage (around $24 per day if you get in before 10am) on 25th street.

The studio is also a short walk from Penn Station. I recommend Uber if you need a ride as well!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
As long as they have the printed ticket, sure!

What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of this event and production costs, a refund in most cases may not be available and may be applicable to a cancellation fee or only be available to transfer to someone else. Please contact us regarding questions about a refund.
